This position will execute the end to end process for spare part orders and queries from customers. Delivering high level of service to secure the customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Execute the end to end process for parts orders, return orders and quotations, including tasks in SAP and other internal tools & systems
Execute Pro-active follow-up of remaining orders
Participate in defining, developing and deploying visual management including the right metrics for parts administration.
Responsible to coordinate with cluster market area when there is an issue with agreed delivery schedule.
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to parts administration.
Qualifications:
Currently college student or bachelor degree in related fields.
Advanced English communication skills.
Previous customer support experience (desired).
Strong problem solving and customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic, with attention to detail and organized.
