Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, maintenance and execution of processes and procedures related to Order Management including Materials Planning /Procurement, Customer Orders Planning and Production Control
* Drive the Sales and Operations Planning process (S and OP)
* Directs the activities of Order Management including Materials Planning /Procurement, Customer Orders Planning and Production Control
* Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements
* Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration
* Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
* Lead Continuous improvement of processes and products.
* Customer Care and Satisfaction
* Must have experience in an International Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) organization.
* Experience with Configure To Order (CTO) , BTO, DF is a must
* S and OP and Lean Manufacturing certification is a definite advantage.
* Project management and Process skills are a pre:requisite
* Experience in an international work environment is essential.
* Proven Team Developer.

Educational background / Work experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
* Strong orientation in all major Supply Chain functional areas, Order Management , Procurement, Planning, Inventory Control.
* 5 : 7 yrs experience as Order Management /Materials Manager
* APICS certified is a plus
* Experience on Project Management
Computer Literacy
* Proficient in MS Office
* Know:how of MRP systems
