Job Purpose: The Plumbing Category Assistant will support the Plumbing Marketing Category Manager with planning,
executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies. Their
responsibilities may include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing
the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific
administrative support.
This position will help the Category Manager to act as a liaison between the Global Headquarters and the rest of
the LATAM Markets and might include some visits to take care of special projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the category manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Provide support managing the regional SKU portfolio across all LATAM markets
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, cocktails, and trade shows
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze
trends
- Update sales trackers to monitor product performance per country
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
Education and Qualification
- High School diploma
- BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant fields
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing in similar positions

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and ability of applying it to marketing principles.
- Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to establish good relations with all levels of employees.
- Time management, fixing priorities, organizing skills, attentiveness, and accuracy in performance.
- Statistical knowledge for analyzing systems and data for suggesting quick solutions for the problems.
- Effective presentation of information and strong spoken language skills for responding to questions from
managers, clients and the general public
- Strong English skills is a must
- Digital marketing experience.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
