FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE
PMC Supply Chain Coordinator is in charge for ensuring adequate inventory levels that timely satisfy the inventory policies and the demand plan, covering the demands of the market and controlling working capital.
PMC Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the management of the demand planning and supply processes for all the products of the PMC portfolio of the region, regardless of the origin of the product. For which PMC Supply Chain Coordinator must interact with all internal areas of the organization (such as sales, finance, and operations) as well as our suppliers.
PMC Supply Chain Coordinator is also responsible for the follow-up of purchase orders, for which it must identify priorities and manage delivery with suppliers.
b) ACCOUNTABILITIES
Encourage monthly meetings with commercial teams, reviewing budget, historical sales and projects to be executed, to define demand plan.
Generate the monthly demand meeting with the commercial director, in order to present and approves the demand plan.
Generate offer plan, and communicate estimated plan of purchases to vendors.
To make replenishment reviews considering inventories in hand and in transit, and the demand plan.
To create the Purchase Orders in the system making sure that all the information is entered properly.
Encourage meetings with commercial teams to see supply issues.
Actively participate in Magna Carta team.
Responsible for generating the PMC Dashboard with the defined KPIs.
To teach and instruct new employees.
To work in any special or additional projects appointed by the direct administrators.
To be available to travel when needed.
To achieve the PLP commitments.
To do all the courses, trainings and practices assigned by the Human Resources Department within the corresponding timeframes.
To be committed to achieve the goals of the operation, the SBU and the company
c) REQUIERES: (profile, studies, experience, competences, security)
2 year of experience in supply chain process, as a demand and supply planner.
A professional able to meet the needs and requirements of the market segments related to his/her position. Owner of excellent computer skills as well as a wide knowledge regarding SAP and Microsoft Office as main systems used in the operation. Organized, outstanding written and oral communication skills, critical thinking, and abilities to solve problems and complex situations. Must be able to ascertain when he/she must act and solve a situation by himself/herself or escalate it to higher levels. Must write and speak Spanish and English fluently.
