Job Title Process Engineer Job Description In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Being the support for our Order Manager team, to develop and implement projects across the assigned organization. Our Business process expert will be using systems and tools, combined with knowledge of our supply chain process to lead our customer orders, credits, and change requests from time of receipt in the factory to the arrival at the designated shipping location. Represent and champion the interests of our internal and external customers within the factory and Global Sales and Service.
You are responsible for:
Being a main point of contact for troubleshooting system errors related to SAP or other systems.
Act as an SAP key user across the assigned supply chain organization.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement applying LEAN methodology and our Excellence Service Practices to improve process assigned in the supply chain area.
Pro-actively embeds quality in products and processes while aligning with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise.
Actively drives integration across our end to end supply value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to team up to win and increase operational goals and customer value.
Establishes, translates, and executes the short-term policy for the supply chain process.
Initiates changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the end to end supply chain.
Drives supply chain transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision making.
Support internal and external audits process.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain related field
3 years’ equivalent leading projects
5 years of SAP- Sales Delivery experience is required
Project Management experience is required
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills and cultural awareness
The ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Ability to lead effective meetings and document outcome.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure and constant change
