Job Title Procurement Analyst Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity toPerform tactical, operational and transaction sourcing for indirect materials and services and administrative support for the appropriate procurement tools.
You are responsible for
Performs day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Team Lead
Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding purchase order creation
Stakeholders management and support
Takes decisions individually on day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing in the continuous improvement
Monitor and analyzes of KPIs: PO Compliance, SLA E2E Timing Approval; Parked invoices; Time of processing
Support projects and new system implementation
Customer Service support, Manage the audit process
Customer engagement and creation in the Procurement system

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Advanced English (written and spoken, required)
Previous experience in Procurement, Buyer, Vendor Management, Supply Chain positions, required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven collaborative team environment
Excellent Communication, negotiation, analytical, strategic thinking skills required.
SAP knowledge - required
Excel – Intermediate/Advanced
Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
Good Organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, communication skills
