In this role, you have the opportunity to Ensure the availability of required equipment and system parts to match planned service events covering the medical devices acquired by our clients. You are responsible for Assist internal and external customers by researching part numbers and processing orders Responsible for accurate entry of incoming (phone & email) orders within SLA. Expedites orders as necessary Clearly communicates with internal and external customers. Responds positively to situations requiring cooperation, courtesy and tact. Takes a proactive role in personally owning the customer support experience Communicates with customers and other departments to assure commitments are achieved. Escalates customer satisfaction and part delivery issues appropriately Ensures customer orders meet regulatory procedures and guidelines Notify customer of situations that could result in a disruption to deliveries and customer service at time of order You are part of The Center of Excellence team located in the Panama City, Panama To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Advanced English (written and spoken, required) 2+ years related experience in Procurement, Logistics positions Bachelor degree in Logistics related field is a plus Excel – advanced Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven collaborative team environment.
