Account Service and S&OPs ManagerSUMMARY:
As a S&OP professional, you will actively participate in the development of Supply Chain Dashboard and reports.
Provide quality and accurate data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
may include but are not limited to the following:
Lead weekly Running the Business Meetings for South Cone Distributors and Sub-lights.
Highlight risks and opportunities based on the Order Book with a potential impact on Gross Revenues.
Support on Supply Chain KPIs (Turns, Service Levels, Dwell Time, Air Freight Budget, etc.)
Update Season at Glance: Confirmed POs, Unbought POs and Cancellations with its respective reason codes.
Integrate Actuals, In-Season Forecast as well as Future Season Forecasts in order to generate a Gross Revenue estimate for the business on a monthly basis.
Provide information to management level for S&OP Monthly Meetings.
Prepare all information for Supply Chain standards report which includes Marketing/Merchandising/commercial.
Prepare, analyze and present root causes of service challenges.
Responsible for the Supply Chain calendar update (Global/Regional/Markets)
Orderbook management for seasonal samples.
SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS PROCESSES
Understand, analyze, quantify and document current Supply Chain processes.
Deliver information based on data analysis.
Screening/changing our operational processes/tasks/tools/reports to identify/eliminate non-value added activities within the Supply Chain organization and provide feedback to other areas of Under Armour.
Define in collaboration with relevant business partners, the requirements when Process or Systems need to change.
Work together with Supply Chain Management to implement process that are standard across the region.
BI – SALES AND OPERATION
Work in conjunction with BI Team in order to develop a Business Intelligence Solution to enhance Sales and Operations’ management reports.
Facilitate or Deliver SAP FMS technical and process workshops related with Sales and Operations.
Centrally managed training materials to be shared with the Supply Chain Team across the region.
COMMUNICATION
Proactively communicate risks and opportunities that might have an impact on either Gross Revenues or Supply Chain KPIs.
Build Bridges with FP&A and Commercial team to ensure alignment towards ONE NUMBER for Gross Revenue.
TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:
include but are not limited to the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
2+ years of experience of the following functions: Business Analytics for Supply Chain, Order Book Management / Customer Service, Sales Administration / Planning or Logistics (warehousing and transportation.)
Analytic skills
Proficiency in English (verbal and written.)
Preferably Previous experience with FMS SAP or any other widely known and recognized ERP System, especially with the Business Analytics/Intelligence Module.
Good knowledge of business principles and supply chain best practices to ensure sustainability of initiatives/projects and drive continuous improvement.
Solid Knowledge in MS Office, with an increased focus in MS Excel.
