Purchase to Pay Specialist
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Take an active role as a Purchase to Pay (Financial) - Inter company Specialist working in a dynamic environment, contributing to daily projects.
You are responsible for
Manage/coordinate local accounts payable and expenses activities (balance reconciliation, invoice registration and ensuring required documentation is available for processing). First point of contact and support in escalations. Help desk specialist for Financial related questions of local organizations.
Initiate and participate in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the Purchase to Pay process. Provide relevant reporting to both Financial Operations and sector management.
You are part of
The Purchase to Pay team located in Panama City, Panama responsible of the Brazil’s Health Care Operations.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Advanced Portuguese (written and spoken - required)
University degree is desirable
Process oriented (Lean – Six Sigma)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous experience in finance
Dynamic and Proactive
SAP and Excel proficient
