Purchasing Assistant

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will understand the needs of users, process purchase orders for goods and / or services, monitor them and the procurement process in compliance with established policies optimizing the resources of the Organization..
Qualifications
1 – 2 years of experience
Engineering degree
English (intermediate – advance)
ERP, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Excel (intermediate)

Main achievements Collect and analyze information related to the purchase such as specifications, volumes, base price, suppliers and any functional data for the correct acquisition of goods and/or services.
Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers.
Negotiate price, delivery times, and credit conditions and select the supplier who presents the best proposal considering the total cost of the acquisition.
Generate purchase orders according to the current process.
Perform RFX processes.
