Position Summary The Receptionist is responsible for Front Desk tasks and phone calls. Also is responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable check to advise and follow up. It is responsible for receipt delivery coordination.

Functions
- Customer service at Front Desk
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the school
- Announcing clients as necessary
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
- Scheduling appointments
- Document and invoice goods receipts
- Check payment advise and follow up
- Coordination of receipt packing and delivery, sorting and distributing mail
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer service
Requisitos:
Essentials:
- Education: University Degree in Business Area
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the Administrative Area
- Computer literate: Google, MS platform and Accounting Systems
- High level of proficiency in computer skills
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Desirables:
- Exposure to a multicultural environment.
- Language: Excellent oral and written Spanish and English language skills
