Main Purpose: In line with the Group IT and Retail IT strategy and policies, manage the implementation of new retail IT solutions in the Americas Region and other core solutions within all countries within the Americas region.
Act as a single point of accountability for all deployment activities and issues for the in-scope solutions.
Specific projects will be determined based on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for deployment of global and regional Retail IT and other IT initiatives consistent with both IT strategy and business priority. Develop strong expertise on Retail IT solutions, architecture, technical, functional and supported business processes

Analyse business requirements. Stay informed of relevant Retail business developments and projects. Work closely with Business subject matter experts to define effective business processes supported by fit for purpose IT Solution delivery

Key interface to help ensure successful implementation of Business processes through Retail and other IT solution/applications and integration into the Group ERP (NAV)

Responsible for the IT demand management process for the Retail Businesses

Accountable for delivery of IT projects. Monitor IT infrastructure and application services to Retail Business to ensure project and service delivery is aligned with business expectations

Direct IT service issues to the appropriate IT resource/organization and ensure resolution

Help shaping Puma Retail IT strategy. Be able to anticipate trends/solutions in his area/geography of expertise and proactively advices on new technologies, best products, benchmarking, competitive analysis etc
Requirements:
Ability to travel extensively
Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment
Speak Spanish and English fluently
Capable of managing multiple projects and remote/offshore resources
Experience:
Superior degree with experience on managing IT projects, IT services, ERPs
3-5 years minimum of experience in IT retail technical role
Multicultural environment experience
Knowledge of Retail business and key processes
Strong understanding of how IT can enable superior business performance and contribute to growth targets
Proven ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
Proven change management skills, and in particular in a multi-cultural, multi-OU environment
3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis and systems development
Knowledge of retail IT solutions in the fuel industry
Skills:
Broad IT experience (ERP, IT Infrastructure, mobility solutions, projects delivery and IT business analysis)
Demonstrated experience in delivering value through IT
Retail business knowledge and retail fuel management systems
Analytical and problem resolution skills
Experience with B2B businesses
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills and team working also virtually
Strong leadership and experience developing credibility with internal and external partners
Project management skills, PMP desirable
Competencies:

Key Relationships and Department Overview:
Internal – Retail business managers, general managers, financial managers and key users in all countries, global retail team, ePuma Business Implementation Manager (Americas), Puma and Trafigura IT
External – Retail solutions providers, Group IT solutions/services providers (HCL, KCP…etc), in-country IT providers for retail business
