POSITION OVERALL / JOB MISSION Responsible for supporting direct distribution local market operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Creation in CIS
- Creation of Client Profile for Due Diligence process and payments
- Payment processing for clients (Basware)
- Update territory POS
- Update the Customer and Personnel File regularly
- Follow up of the Health Registration status for the product in Panama Order processing for products, PLV, PLV campaign, contests, beauty school and MU artist visits
- Distribute order control on a weekly basis
- Communicate with warehouse to ensure ETD, ETA of all Panama Orders
- Alert Retail Supervisor on possible delays and problems and offer alternatives solutions
- Ensure launch pre-packs sent as planned, with the direction of the Retail Supervisor
- Accurate updating of sales reports (Sell Out Report, Rankings and Trends, Save Client Sales Report monthly on the existing files)
- Create one-time report as required by the Panama Sales Team
- Provide assistance to the Panama Sales Team, when preparing meetings, clients visits, conventions.
EMPLOYEE PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in similar functions, ideally in the beauty and/or luxury industry.
- Instructional design methodology, advance knowledge in Microsoft Office, specially Excel and Power Point.

- Proactive and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
