Job Purpose: Responsible for setting the tone and the climate of the school environment, as well as ensuring that school is fully implementing the SABIS® Educational System and running with a view to optimizing enrollment, academics, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Uphold the principals and values of the school and SABIS® at all times.
· Ensure the image of the school is kept to the highest standard as per SABIS®
· Foster a school environment conductive to a proper and full implementation of the SABIS® Educational System.
· Provide direction and managing school employees in the performance of their assigned tasks.
· Monitor and manage all academic issues through classroom observations, meeting with Academic Quality Controllers, analyzing results using SABIS® software tools in order to develop corrective action plans in ongoing support of students and teachers.
· Ensure that the SABIS Student Life Organization® in the school is running and managed efficiently and effectively.
· Oversee the process of admitting new students to the school in coordination with the relevant parties and SABIS® management to ensure successful attainment of targeted annual enrollment.
· Oversee the staff recruitment process in coordination with the relevant parties and SABIS® management to ensure the hiring of the most competent candidates.
· Develop reports when needed such as, but not limited to, accreditation reports, management reports, etc.
· Perform such other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the SABIS® management.
Ideal Requirements:
· Bachelor or Masters in Education
· An international course in Educational Management at postgraduate level
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
· Fluency in English and Spanish
· Professional behavior and ethical conduct
