In this role, you have the opportunity to Organize, guide and controls the physical distribution services with limited number of suppliers and services with moderate complexity, in order to support the business operation through the provision of optimum Physical Distribution-services.Defines and implements the Physical Distribution-service level agreements (SLA’s), monitors these for non-compliance and takes corrective actions. Controls, manages, reports and improves existing SLA’s of a moderate complexity. Improves existing SLA’s and driver’s and develops new less complex SLA’s. The role involves pro-active collaboration with Philips US Markets, as well as other Supply Chain functions such as Product Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning & Forecasting, Warehouse & Distribution, Consumer Care / Call Centers, etc. You are responsible for Customer and Quality (internal and external) Handle the entire order process including: order entry, order changes, product returns, order-related inquiries and testing systems and processes. Lead performance follows up with stakeholders and identify top needs of partners to assist them in an effective performance by applying the Lean principles on problem solving and change management. First point of contact both internally and externally for questions related to the Market(s). Represents and ensures pro-active customer communication and properly reflects the voice of the customer. Drive customer collaboration projects to improve the overall supply chain e.g. collaborative forecasting, order pattern and replenishment and/or use of point of sales data. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor Degree in related fields such as Supply Chain, Industrial Engineer or Business Administration. Relevant experience in order management (mandatory) Required experience using SAP or similar. Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (Required) Proficient level of English, written and oral communication Negotiation, Problem Solving, analytical and people management skills Valid Panama work authorization is a precondition of employment.
