In this role, you have the opportunity to Provide operational support covering the medical devices installed in our client locations and the associated contracts.

You are responsible for

• Create and/or support the automated creation of Installed Base records in the management system, based upon validated data.

• Monitor automated processes to ensure timely and complete creation of Installed Base records and equipments.

• Maintain existing Installed Base records in accordance with change requests.

• Monitor the automated Installed Base maintenance processes via exception reports to ensure that changes have been executed completely and accurately.

• Carry out a regular analysis of data accuracy including providing data for audit purposes and documenting the results of field audits back into the maintenance process.

• At all times, work within the requirements set out in the relevant work instructions, process guidelines and in accordance with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.

You are part of

The Center of Excellence team located in the Panama City, Panama responsible of the North Latam operation.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Advanced English (written and spoken - required)

• Bachelor degree, preferable

• Previous experience in Order management, Supply Chain and Logistics positions

• Excel – Intermediate

• Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills

• Good Organizational skills and detail oriented

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
