Job Title Service Parts Administrator-1 Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Ensure the availability of requested Service Parts to match Planned Service Events. Coordinates Service part delivery to the field, returns from the field effectively, liaise with Service part suppliers, and work order planners.
You are responsible for: Coordinating the effective flow of service parts to fulfill services events on time at our customers responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition. Ensures that the right service parts have been ordered and that the required parts are delivered on the requested moment at the right location. Coordinates the final delivery at customer site and will take action in case service parts have not been delivered in time, are damaged or wrongly delivered Monitors the part flows in the involved software applications and troubleshoots in correct part ordering.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related, preferably
Advanced English Logistics - Import and Export work experience
Strategy, Problem solving, Process Improvement & Planning skills Organized and Customer Service Oriented Excel - Intermediate SAP knowledge
Based in Panama City, within the Global Business Services department.
