Position Purpose:

Execute the strategy of the different channels to guide the efforts of the sales team towards the achievement of the companys objectives.

Lets talk about responsibilities:

Monitor the 5 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP) for all the categories and products of sale of the different environments of purchase and execute plan working with BDM, RRM and

In store for the assigned channel (s).

: Lead the implementation of IMC (Marketing), Shopper Programs and new product launches in the clients.

: Develop and support the negotiation of promotions and exclusive activities to promote growth in the client.

: Monitor competitive activities in the PDV, SOS (Share of Space) SOE (Share of Exhibition), SOF (Share of Features), Sell Out activities and reinforce the promotional Grid at the time required and make recommendations to ensure growth healthy of customers / CPG.

: Analyze the coverage of Exhibitions and ensure compliance with the execution as negotiated based on In Store tracking.

: Identify exceptions and propose solutions for the different meetings involved in the CBP process, develop plans for meetings of GAP, CAT / RE and LAM.

: Carry out the analysis of performance and implications of the 5ps in the client to recommend action plans to the commercial team and upload the plans to the CBP tool.

: Develop promotional Grid per client / CPG: aligning PTC WM, correct investment between customers and compliance with the TPR guide (discounts) and avoid activities that generate conflict between customers.

: Carry out strategic planning and distribution of GTN investment per client.

: Estimate incremental amounts (DP) to ensure off shelf implementations in the different activities and commercial dynamics.

: List and Des List Skus for all assigned clients.

: Manage the Customer Promotion budget including the E:Buy processes.

: Identify Sell out activities with D skus and unlisted products.

: Supervise the ideal assortment to find opportunities for discontinuation or entry of SKUs and align with RRM and BDM.

: Ensure the post:evaluation of the key promotions, in conjunction with the financial, carrying out a quantitative and qualitative analysis, communicating the results to the sales team and using the results of the evaluation to redefine the promotional tactics.

: Lead and communicate the POP process including:

Request authorization with clients and execution of POP materials (meshes, strips, etc.)

Define and adjust the amounts of POP to be implemented by In Store.

Track the POP approval process

: Create and lead the incremental file by Client / CPG ensuring the correct amounts for all promotional activities.

: Support the Sales Administration process:

Participating in T2T / JBP meetings (Give support and plans with activities to accelerate

Ut stamp)

Carry out the planning and strategic distribution of GTN investment per client, developing a Budget per client of the most important lines.

Support with 5ps information for Top to Top (T2T) meetings

Understand the needs of customers / CPG and adapt them in concrete plans.

What you need for this position:

:Bachelors Degree
:2+ years of experience in the commercial area, marketing or trade marketing
:Intermediate/Advanced English
:Management of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint advanced level)
:Management of external suppliers
:Knowledge or experience in BW, BI, Retail Link, Business Intelligence, Tablo and/or SAP
:Availability to travel 25 of the time within Panama

It is an advantage to have:

:Knowledge of marketing, logistics, demand planning and strategy

:Field sales experience
