Process manual orders in SAP for non-EDI accounts, tester orders and exceptions as required and address issues with priority to ensure all shipping deadlines are met (15%)Inform customers of PO errors and be able to summarize transmission errors to include inactive/discontinued codes, incorrect SRP’s, etc, to improve retailer service level. (5%)Address/Investigate and action orders as required with priority to ensure orders are completed timely to ensure shipping schedules are met (10%)Create daily Open Order reports; import into spreadsheets using advanced Excel capabilities and send to DC’s timely (15%)Drive efficiencies through daily order management practices to include SPM review, Incomplete Orders and generation of weekly reports (Short Ship; Order Transmission; PO Log) which ensure Retailer commitments are met on a timely basis. (25%)Query new launch orders received to ensure they are within cycle time. Seek status of outstanding Launch orders to event management team to determine course of action for those orders for US accounts only (10%)Issue status of all programs and related allocations, orders, shipments, out of stocks lists, material availability (5%)Understand retailer process for Purchase Order (PO's). Execute order maintenance for backorder POs and cancel date extensions to enable shipments. Consider all aspects to align with Retailer ship schedules (5%)Handle incoming inquiries from all internal and external customer’s regarding shipments, orders, discounts, etc. (10%)Execute new door openings for free standing stores and issue recaps to Field Sales/Retailers detailing program lineup to support opening as neededOther system execution tasks as needed (SAP/UPS/Citrix/Qlikview

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum Years of Experience: 3+ years
Excellent written and spoken English, and Spanish ( French speaking a plus)Strong systems capability and ability to adapt to new applications as required. SAP Order Management experience is preferred Ability to manage in SAP environment; multiple screens, processes and transactions Active listening and strong communication skills Ability to research and gather large amounts of data, organize and effectively communicate Strong aptitude for math and advanced Excel skills Process orientation with understanding of how transactions flow and the impacts both up and downstream
Able to set priorities in a multi-task environment Demonstrated ability to build alliances with internal / external business partners Capable of navigating through ambiguous situations to solve problems or drive process efficiency
