We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting. Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, customer deals, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, revenue recognition, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of government requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide consolidated financial analysis for this $2B/8K headcount global enterprise sales organization Identify opportunities and lead transformation initiatives to simplify and harmonize key FP&A (Financial, Planning and Analysis) processes for this team Prepare internal management reports, with insightful KPIs and commentary Support the co-ordination of the budgeting, outlooking and month end close FP&A processes Mentor junior team members where appropriate Desired experience: Several (5-10) years finance experience in multinational Some experience in FP&A or highly analytical area International experience an advantage Experience working and analyzing a large amount of data Desired Skills: Excellent English language skills CPA/Accounting/Finance qualification an advantage Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts to senior executives Highly analytical SQL / Tableau knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working under time pressure with rapidly changing priorities Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
