Within the Tetra Pak International Business Operations we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to deal with the trading of base material. Tetra Pak Global Supply S.A. (TPGS) is the trading company for Base Material. The main objective of TPGS is to execute the Global Base Materials Supply agreements negotiated by our purchasing department and optimize the business processes (from ordering to invoicing) in terms of time, quality and cost.
The functional responsibilities will include:To handle the order to invoice process within TPGS (i.e. ordering, invoicing, crediting and shipping documentation).
To ensure correct and timely process; which requires good understanding of flow and systems.
To identify and amend potential issues in the automated or manual flows in a correct and timely fashion, by using the relevant tools in the system.
To provide regular, thorough and appropriate support to all partners (suppliers, Forwarding Agents, Converting Factories and our purchasing department).
Qualifications:The successful candidate should have following profile:Specialized school Business Administration
Accounting knowledge
2 - 3 years of professional experience in the domain of Sales Administration
Good working knowledge of MS Office, XL intermediate, SAP being an asset
Drive, demanding, motivation, listening, resolute, able to build and sustain relationships with people located remotely, meets deadlines, receptive to change, supportive Team worker
Proactively anticipate problems taking appropriate courses of action
Confident communicator at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presentation abilities
Excellent English language skills and preferred a second European language
Ability to manage and organize own workload
Confident in own ability
Ability to handle multiple tasks with quality
Ability to work early
