You are responsible for
Manage projects involving several functions in their scopes, whether at global / divisional / unit-levels.
Coordinates actions of players from different specialties in order to reach the project objectives in optimal conditions of profitability, quality and timing.
Manage projects or programs, to meet the 3 main objectives:
Customer satisfaction and project profitability
Successful execution of the project by meeting scope, specifications, compliance and schedule
Efficient control and monitor of the project including appropriate risk management.
Organize the project, monitor process, assess and manage the risks, identify and implement corrective actions.
Manage relationship with customers and suppliers.
Projects may refers but not limited to:
PDLM: Product life cycle Management with an initial, main focus on our PRUNNING initiative across Medical devices.
Define End to End process
Design the approach to manage efficiently within the organization the pruning activities – securing proper integration with business ambitions, tight management of the costs to operate
Customer first initiatives
Initiatives that help improve our Standard operating work across businesses in medical devices
Support in building Processes and Tools to support efficiency of overall teams across businesses
You are a part of
You will work with business community to help ascertain the most impactful ways to improve operational performance and financial results. The role requires being ready to work in Cross functional / matrix organization, roll up the sleeves and work together with them to develop, test and operationalize a solution as well as ensure its adoption by business.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s degree preferred with industrial or Supply Chain concentration desireable.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or leading End to End project management
2+ years of team lead experience
Experience in Project Management, leading to success in a diverse / Cross-functional organization
ERP Knowledge (SAP) including an understanding of reporting and SAP bill of material data is desirable
Hands on, strong analytical skills as well as strong soft skills (Convincing, influencing, focus on target)
Familiarity with supply chain planning, inventory optimization, demand forecasting
Financial knowledge is a plus
