Job Responsibilities: - Support complex system configurations and standards for Citrix XenServer / XenApp / XenDesktop / NetScaler, VMware vSphere / Horizon and MS Hyper-V platforms
- Assess, recommend, plan, and implement complex VDI/App Delivery Virtualization projects using various technologies
- Should have Understanding on Various Products across Microsoft, Citrix, VMware and Cloud services like Azure and AWS.
- Should be familiar with WorkSpace as a Services (WaaS) across various Platform like Citrix, VMware, Azure and AWS.
- Should have understanding on different Desktop as a Service (DaaS) Products in the Market.
- Develop repeatable standards and implementation processes to ensure product uniformity and quality
- Directly interact with clients, account managers, and peers in support of complex VDI / App Delivery environments
- Serve as a technical escalation point in support of high risk, complex operational challenges
- Apply best practices, strategies, methodologies, and approaches to large scale projects
- Participate in the update of support documentation
- Participate in the creation of work instructions and knowledge base articles
- Participate in the Change Management and other ITIL processes
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers and vendors and able to thrive in the ever changing work environment.
- Direct involvement in working with internal and external teams to engineer, implement, and support configurations - hardware, software and services.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience with Latest Version of Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop / NetScaler, VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon View, Microsoft VDI, Active Directory
Desired Skills:
- PowerShell Scripting
- Azure or AWS
- VMware Certified Professional
- Citrix Certification – CCA-V| CCP-V
