Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst

Multinational company is Hiring Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst. This role will be responsible of the End to End recruitment and selection process for an important client with regional operations
Key Responsibilities:
Know, understand and be responsible for the End to End recruitment process of the client, working inside their office
Align the expectations and key characteristics of each profile with the business leaders, managers and/or HR Manager
Follow up the recruitment process step by step with the people involve, also reviewing the resources and tools to do this.
Be a consultant for the client during the selection process, in order to take the best decision in terms of competences, soft skills and technical knowledge
KPIs manage and control: using different tools to track each step in the process

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineer or relatives
2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and selection roles
Intermediate-advanced English Level (at least 80%), the role will support Caribbean Countries
Local Labor Law Knowledge
Availability to work in two different offices, 2-3 days per week in each one (Juan Diaz and Punta Pacifica)
Excellent Communication, Negotiation and problem solving skills
Work permission is a must for foreign candidates
