Job Title Team Lead Order Manager Job Description In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and grow a small team that is part of our Order Manager department. The team lead will be using systems and tools, combined with knowledge of our supply chain process to lead our customer orders, credits, and change requests from time of receipt in the factory to the arrival at the designated shipping location. Represent and champion the interests of our internal and external customers within the factory and Global Sales and Service.
You are responsible for:
Develop process documentation and training schedule for the order management team.
Run reporting to support Sales, Key Market order contacts & Marketing activities.
Lead or participate in lean process improvement activities.
Acting as a point of contact for market critical issues related to customer concerns.
Being the liaison point between markets, clients, and suppliers to troubleshoot critical issues.
Handling the return process, including finance credit/debit submissions.
Effectively set priorities in order to meet commitments and established departmental goals.
Ensuring all establish processes are in line with Quality Standards and Philips standards business conduct.
Assist in the deployment of documentation, policies, procedures, correspondence, and other business applications.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain related field
7 years’ equivalent supervisor experience and order management experience
Strong SAP-Sales Delivery module and salesforce in required
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills and cultural awareness
The ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Ability to lead effective meetings and document outcome.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure and constant change
