We are looking for Tech Support agents for our new Retail account.
Requirements:
Advanced spoken, writing and reading English and Spanish fluency.
POSITIVE PERSONALITY!
Confident and assertive individual with great communication skills.
Highly motivated.
Preferably, more than 6 months of experience in BPO Industry.
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit.
Robust ability to multitask, utilize multiple tools simultaneously.
Intermediate computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet).
