Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remoteTechnicalBusiness Analyst/Project Managerto join our team. In this role, you would be a critical piece of our Mosaic team in supporting our clients with their UKG Pro HCM system. In this role, you would translate business needs into technical requirements while working closely with our internal Technical Consultant team, clients, and other stakeholders. In addition, you would manage the technical projects to ensure they are on time and on budget.
What you’ll do:Capture business requirements for technical team across Business Intelligence, Data Integrations, and Database Custom engagements.
Document detailed requirements for solutions and obtain the client signoff
Assist in the testing process, developing detailed test plans when applicable, and helping our clients where needed
Explain technical details in layman’s terms to our clients and non-technical team members
Review technical requirements to evaluate and confirm estimates used in Statements of Work for our clients
Assist in a Project Manager capacity to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and that timely communications occur with stakeholders
Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact, and execute a timely resolution. Manage budgeted hours and engage in decisions that impact project scope communicating any changes to the team, client, and client relationship management.
What makes you successful:Need to haves:3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
3+ years of experience with Project Management
Strong knowledge of UKG Pro (UltiPro), both functional and technical
Nice to haves:A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
Experience with electronic file feeds and API based integrations
CAPM or PMP certification
How you’ll be measured:Maintaining 80% utilization rate
Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, resulting in excellent CSAT scores and strong customer retention
Successfully evaluating business processes, anticipating and capturing requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and making sound suggestions.
Leading UAT efforts in capturing and documenting issues, feedback, defects, and test case failures. Proactively mitigate issues prior to UAT by working with development resources in implementing QA processes and pre-UAT test cases, both manual and automated.
