Technical Services Administrative Semi Senior : Level IIto join our team in
Panama City,

General Duties:
:
Identify key controls on IT processes and perform validations to proof their efficiency.
:
Responsible of MCA coordination for IT area including local and regional teams.
:
Provide support to different regulatory forums; reporting preparation including evidence documentation for internal and external audit processes.
:
Coordinate with Cob area representatives (BRC) the fulfillment of annual programs and processes regarding Business Continuity upon plans set by regional office: BIA (Business Impact Analysis), BRP (Business Recovery Plans), CMP (Crisis Management), local and regional testing, etc.
:
Development of ITPSE (Information Technology Policy Standard Exception) / CAPS, aimed to document policy exceptions, deviations and the mitigation controls established by process or product owners. Support local and regional approval processes.
:
Support Regional Issue Management forum to follow up on defined action plans.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community.

Basic knowledge IT Administrative area.
