Key responsibilities
Review vendor invoices and assist on RCA for paymentin SAP following internal corporate guidelines andproceduresReconcile vendor account statements to ensure accounts
are up to dateFollow up on invoice disputes or discrepanciesCommunicate with assigned vendors on a regular basis,
respond to inquiries and interact with vendors regardingissues related to invoicesMonitor accounts to ensure payments are up to dateResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesOther adhoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
We are looking for
Previous experience working in multinational environment
Proven experience communicating with customers and suppliers
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferredSpanish language 80% proficiency required
English proficiency 80%Excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem solving
