As our new Trading Assistant, you will join a very dynamic and growing department, where the global trading hours set the frame for the timing and level of business activity. Your administrative support will ensure that our Traders and Operators can stay focused on driving the sales effort, logistics and cargo sourcing. Therefore, your main responsibility is to ensure that the administrative backbone is always robust and support the business needs. You will play a vital role in developing the position and ensure the right level of support.
Areas of focus
Update systems e.g. sales orders, inquiries delivery notes and customer details.
Send delivery updates to costumers
Follow up on structural pricing and contracts
Verify and confirm daily exposure reports
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Your professional skills
Relevant administrative education
Experience from a similar position e.g. as Coordinator, Financial Assistant or Bookkeeper
English on a high level. Spanish preferred, not a must
Experience with MS-Office, especially Excel
Your personal skills
Detail-oriented with a high-quality focus
Bright with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Proactive and able to follow-up in a both positive and persistent manner
