The role is self-employed and remuneration is 100% commission.
On target earnings Yr1 USD$25,000-USD$100,000
As the position is on a self-employed basis, it should be treated as your own business. We provide you with all of the training and materials required to be a successful Consultant. We also give you access to the Financial institutions in order for you to place business and track/service clients.
A high level of written and spoken English is required as the training will be conducted in English. Also, communication with the various institutions is generally conducted in English.
The role is suitable for candidates aged 28yrs+
Previous experience in finance, or sales would be an advantage, but not required.
The initial training will be completed online and should take approx. 3-6 weeks to complete. Time frames will be dependent on the amount of time and effort given to the training by the candidate.
Upon completion of the training and after an internal assessment, the candidate will be in a position to begin seeing clients and writing business.
At this stage, the candidate will be required to pay USD$50. This covers the cost of business cards, company email account, client questionnaires, product brochures and a courier. This fee will be refunded to the candidate upon completion of their first deal and no further charges will be be made for future materials. As mentioned, this charge will be refunded ASAP and is purely to filter out time wasters.
