Responsibilities:
:Facilitates all Basic Training Disease and Product trainings for new hires and incumbents assuming new promotional responsibilities.
:Trains and facilitates all disease and product in support of the Sales and Marketing Plans. This includes new product launches, new indications and clinical studies reviews for new and tenured Sales Representatives, Business Managers and Marketing Personnel.
:Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance and monitor progress of trainees and maintain updated appropriate training materials inventory.
:Serves as consultants to field and office:based personnel in disease and product, as well as competitive issues.
:Designs and coordinates the training agenda whenever facilitating a program and ensure all resources needed for the program roll out are in place.

Ensures that all product and disease training programs are aligned with the Sales Training and Professional Development Department (Sales techniques according with the company standards).

Capabilities in order to contribute to develop and continues improvement of Incentives Plans.

Maintain networking relationships with Market Events Trainers and secure participation in all training activities required such as SOT (Science of Training, Market Event Product launches, among others)

Participates in cross:functional teams to coordinate required training initiatives and support the Field Visits.
:
Coordinates the Certification Process in all Cycle Meetings and provides Business Managers with all required materials for certification.
:
Supports the Marketing Franchises during cycle meetings and when required, conduct the breakout sessions in conjunction with the Product Managers.
:
Ensures support for all required disease and product trainings and certifications. This includes, but is not limited to request downloads for tests, annual product/disease certifications.

Communicates all Training and Product Updates initiatives to Product and Business Managers as notified via Communication Central.

Coaching and counseling responsibility for new sales representatives in training throughout the training period.

Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; providing training on policies and procedures, leadership principles and behaviors, and proactively providing feedback to Business Unit Leaders and Sales Management related to trainees performance.Qualifications
Requirements:
:
Bachelors Degree in Science (preferred), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Masters Degree, preferred.
:
Product knowledge.
:
Two (2) or more years of experience within the sales and marketing pharmaceutical environment as Professional Representative (Hospital, Specialty), Health Science Associate, or similar position.
:
Track record in designing and executing training programs.
:
Experience with project management.
:
Two (2) or more years of experience as training manager.
:
Proficiency in English and Spanish (in oral and written).
:
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on:the:job or in classroom training, e:learning, workshops, simulations, among others), preferred.
:
Familiarity with sales force skills and techniques, field work, territory management and Sales Force Effectiveness, preferred.
