PURPOSE
Responsibility executing the day:to:day Treasury and Tax activities for units in CCA ensuring that Business Units are supported for their Treasury and Tax needs and meet their Treasury and Tax obligations.
Support ICTC Manager in driving tax and treasury agenda to bring synergies and efficiencies through In Country Treasury Centers and deploy and drive treasury strategy in coordination with Global Treasury Teams.
Treasury Responsibilities
Treasury Operations
:
Identify, propose and implement process efficiencies across all entities in the CCA cluster.
:
Evaluate, propose and implement banking services that benefit businesses within the CCA cluster.
:
Evaluation of financial situation across the CCA cluster, raising awareness of both opportunities for repatriations and potential financing needs.
:
Bank fee analysis and reporting to drive efficiency and accuracy.
:
Review daily cash position (forecast) for accuracy ahead of any investment decisions.
:
Able to back up Treasury Analyst in required Corporate Treasury reporting, cash position and payment proposals
Liquidity Management
:
Collate inputs and prepare cash flow forecast from all units within prescribed timelines to support timely internal investment and internal borrowing decisions.
:
Consolidate and prepare NCFO forecast across all units within prescribed timelines to support corporate cash management and planning.
:
Partner with all businesses in the CCA cluster to ensure cash flow and NCFO forecast accuracy improvement.
:
Lead continuous operational efficiency in liquidity management structure (e.g. improving cash pooling efficiency, enhance investment yield, reduce financing cost).
:
Continuous monitoring of idle cash, especially at each period end and devise actions to minimize idle cash.
