PURPOSE
:
Drive treasury and tax functional agenda to bring synergies, efficiencies through In Country Treasury Centers and deploy and drive treasury and tax strategy
:
Be the single point of contact for Business Units, Corporate T and B teams for providing treasury and tax expertise to implement appropriate treasury and tax policies and procedures ensuring good governance and controls.

Responsibility for managing and coordinating the day:to:day treasury and tax activities for all business units across all segments in CCA ensuring that Business Units meet their treasury and tax obligations and objectives
(e.g., tax compliance and reporting, tax controversies, transfer pricing and tax planning)

Manage Relationship with Tax Advisors, Tax Authorities, Strategic and Preferred Banking Partners and any other service providers.
:
Recruit, engage and develop a team of engaged ICTC associates to perform quality treasury and tax activities to support business units in CCA and other stakeholders.
