Key responsibilities
Full ownership to the delivery of RoFo volume and total CY by means of:
oPro-actively review, flag and pursue the resolution of network constraints opportunitiesoFlag revenue opportunities between trades and regionsoBeing an active participant in ROFO vs Capacity discussions for example during Network Reviews.Drive and own utilization and network optimization by, but not limited to:
oUtilizing the opportunity of multiple routing optionsoPro-actively propose blanking or inducements opportunities.oClear, consistent and effective communication on opportunities and limitations commercial frontline.Guide and support:
oPricing on pricing actions and opportunities.oTrade on the direction setting and product management (routing, customer cargo mix).oOperations on limitations and (network) opportunities.Proactive and collaborative position taking based on expected supply/demand stakeholders (Area’s, Center Trade and Operations).Build and maintain trustworthy business relationships with the key stakeholders Trade and Operations).Execute and share frequent performance reviews with a learning and improvementActively contribute to transform into ONE Revenue Management
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a related field4+ years of experience working as revenue management with deep understanding of operational matters and connection to pricing and uptake positionsOffice intermediate proficiencyEnglish advanced at a professional level (at least 85% of fluency)Self- Drive for results and has a strong perseverance to get things done.Ability to be an effective communicator in a wide range of stakeholders, internal, external, upwards and downwardsCustomer Service oriented person capable to display positive attitudes and behaviors, and demonstrate an awareness and willingness to respond to customers’ needsExceptional leadership skills with the ability to the ability to delegate, inspire and communicate effectively.Strong stake holder management with the ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.Ability to make decisions under pressure as well as demonstrate excellent reasoning and analytical skills is essential
