JOB SUMMARY The Training and User support Stream is responsible for the design and the implementation of the user support processes as well as the training plan and tools for the regional Analytic COE. The scope includes the following responsibilities:
Manage project activities from design to implementation and post go live phases dealing with all the user support and training activities plan
Define the SLA and RACI related to User Experience and Change Management
Ensure alignment with guidance from global BOOST team and Global User Experience Lead
Align all stakeholders (Business, Retained Finance, ITS) on the target processes
Evaluate TM1 tools and procedures to be adopted on user support and training activities
Report progress to regional project Head and participate to COE regional governance bodies as needed
Contribute / manage user support and training processes and implementation steps in Regional Analytic COE in alignment with the COE roadmap
Challenge change requests raised by regional projects stakeholders and submit request to governance if necessary
Identify / Confirm changes to be performed in legacy systems and SAP to ensure efficient processes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties of the User Experience Stream Lead are:
Change Management
Together with the program Change Management lead, carry out the change management for Standard managerial reporting activities
Impact assessment due to process changes, both functional and organizational
Contribute into communication actions towards Finance and business
Set up action plans and allocate roles to enable implementation
Act proactively as a change agent promoting the benefits of the proposed change
Participate in workshops and touch points with regions and businesses
Design of the Solution
Closely work with Global Reporting Standards Lead, Regional Planning Reporting process Stream lead and Change management lead, plan and deliver training for validated standard report usage and related change management activities
In close relation with TM1 Country / Above country heads, plan implementation timelines and relevant approach to ensure full support coverage and training
Strive for automation and efficiency within the processes to put in place. Assess technologies opportunities.
Actively participate to COE workshop to detail design managerial reporting processes as well as define roles and responsibilities of the Analytic COE, retained Finance teams and other teams
Contribute to the definition of the RACI and service delivery activities to be performed by the Analytic COE and support Regional teams into the replication/ adaptation at regional level of the standard reports
Contribute to the definition of SLA accordingly with dedicated KPIs to be standardized across COEs
If applicable, formalize SOPs, with the support from Internal Control and SLA/KPI Stream Lead
Contribute to the definition of appropriate metrics to size the Planning and Management reporting process team to work in the Regional Analytic COE
In close work with COE regional team and HR support, contribute to formalize skills and competency framework as well as organization design of COE team working in the Analytic COE (Managerial layers, organization mode, job descriptions, etc.)
Ensure continuous coordination with projects having impacts on the stream
Change Management
Together with the program Change Management lead and CoE Project Head, carry out the change management activities
Impact assessment due to process changes, both functional and organizational including systems (SAP, TM1 legacy and other satellites tools)
Contribute into communication actions towards Finance and businesses
Set up action plans and allocate roles
Act proactively as a change agent promoting the benefits of the proposed change
Participate in workshops and touch points with regions and businesses
Design of the Solution
In close work with the Global Training and User Support Lead, design the user support processes and develop training activities to be applied within Regional COE
Strive for automation and efficiency within the processes to put in place. Assess technologies opportunities.
In close work with other COE Stream Leads, ensure that user support processes are fully aligned with defined roles and responsibilities of the Analytic COE, retained Finance teams and other teams (where applicable)
Transition
Work with the Region Project Manager to perform sample testing to confirm process execution and roles
Set up appropriate user support (hyper care, etc.) and communication processes
Develop training materials for the regional Analytic COE to join the new organization
Review detailed transition approach with Global / regional teams
Project management, Roll-out strategy and roadmap
Maintain Regional Analytic COE roadmap and communicate key risks and opportunities properly
Develop overall roll-out / transition approach of processes based on global milestones / dependencies
Ensure stream is on track and issues identified / managed
Ensure alignment with other Analytic COE streams and identification of dependencies with other projects as SBS, global/ regional / local tools.
Report progress to Global steerco and other governance
Contribute / Participate to Regional governance
Participate to CMDA and contribute to arbitration when applicable
Manage project team (internal / external) when applicable
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Master in Finance or Master in Science or MBA or Master in IT
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Engineering required
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Demonstrate a good track record in controlling and / or accounting and financial reporting preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry
Proven experience in an Analytic COE type organization
Deep understanding of controls, master data and systems flows
Good knowledge of SAP, TM1 and other systems functional scope
Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements at Finance system project implementation environment
MAJOR SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Significant experience in Controlling / Accounting
Very good knowledge of controlling and reporting processes (end to end view) as well as the main tools being used in the Group (SAP, TM1, HFM, etc.)
Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements
Ability to manage complex projects (scope / interactions / numerous stakeholders),
Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements. A can-do attitude
Tenacity and energy in leading change
Ability to work out of comfort zone
Strong ability to train and teach/coach others
