We Are Looking For

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and outbound follow-ups with professionalism and care
• Guide employees through health benefits, 401(k) plans, life insurance, retirement programs, leave of absence, payroll, and other HR services
• Process employee transactions including health enrollments, tax updates, direct deposit changes, and retirement elections
• Support employees with website and system navigation in a clear and approachable way
• Create and update employee records accurately and responsibly
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth and timely resolutions
• Stay current on client programs, policies, and services through ongoing training

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent completed
• Advanced English B2–C1 — strong verbal and written fluency
• Comfortable with computers, Word, Excel, and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Available to work on-site in Panama
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred — prior call center experience is a plus!
