We are looking for a full-time in-house content coordinator. This is an assisting role within the marketing department, responsible for managing all of our websites and landing pages. You will ensure that our websites (Wordpress CMS) are simple to navigate, contain compelling content and are optimized for SEO, communicate clearly to different users and drive engagement and action. This role will be involved in a broad range of activities, including but not limited to managing digital assets, creating site pages/ landing pages, enhancing site content, working with marketing automation technologies and running ongoing testing and optimization efforts. This is an individual contributor role which requires in-depth technical knowledge as well as exceptional writing, communication and organization skills. This position also requires some knowledge and tasks in intermediate to advanced IT support.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in administration of all of the companies’ ecommerce websites and landing pages in our WordPress CMS
-Collaborate with marketing, design and technical teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout and implement SEO best practices throughout the site
-Assist in creating website content describing our products and services, including FAQ’s and guides
-Assist to design, develop and deploy new CMS templates for landing pages, forms and other content pages
-Use relevant tools to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics and optimize user experience
-Provide input on content strategy, as well as create and publish engaging content aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
-Stay up-to-date with digital marketing strategies and trends and consistently generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
-Manage the day-to-day site and system issues, including revisions, identifying quick win opportunities and filing requests for bug resolutions
IT Responsibilities:
-Maintain computers in all locations utilizing remote desktop software
-Provide technical onsite or remote support in various other capacities
-Maintain endpoint security software
Qualifications:
-Experience as a Content Coordinator or Website Manager (preferably with Divi)
-Expert knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS) and website administration (creating new pages using CMS templates; using WordPress plug-ins for SEO
-Knowledge of SEO and website analytics, experience with, site optimization tools, methods and site testing
-An eye for website design aesthetics
-Excellent communication skills, especially written communication and editing skills. Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical individuals
-Familiarity with social media & content marketing
-Innovative thinker and creative problem solver with strong project management skills
-Basic knowledge of HTML and technical SEO
-Prior experience with website redesign / relaunch
-Experience with marketing automation platforms
-Familiar with webhooks, APIs and SaaS architecture
-Must speak English as well as Spanish
