Work At Home Client Representative

Role Summary

A Logistics Customer Representative should be an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem. The individual in this position should have a native command of the Portuguese language and a strong command of the English language. The Logistics Customer Representative must balance both the needs of the customer and the business while supporting service through three focus areas: research, service (via chat, phone and or email), and operations.
Logistics Customer Representative Job Duties:
Answers incoming queries by phone and electronic regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.

Update client information in our Systems.
Work with the management team and clients to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes.
Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning clients into repeat customers.

Required Qualifications

Customer focused with the ability to work effectively and professionally with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform work activities requiring instructing, persuading or speaking with others
Advanced analysis skills to include skill in situational analysis and risk mitigation
Ability to maintain professionalism without disruption to the operation, employees, or customers
Track record of exhibiting good judgment, common sense and outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to assess the customer and adjust communication style accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business or Logistics related field preferred (or an Associate Degree in Business or Logistics –Required)
Previous Customer Care experience preferred.
Representative should have previous experience ion one or more of the following areas: logistic, supply chain, distribution, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, manufacturing, purchasing and inventory management, logistics coordinator, materials coordinator, procurement coordinator or purchasing planner.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Proficient with Windows
Exhibits proficiency in email communications and website navigation
Multi-tasking: able to answer phone calls, send e-mails and research interchangeably throughout the day.
Analytical thinkerWork Conditions
Work from home.
General office environment.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components.
Ability to create complex documentation and procedures
Moderate Excel skills, v-look-ups and formula creation
Problem solver that can quickly learn complex systems and provide non-scripted answers.
Ability to work without direct-supervision, but escalates questions when the answer is outside of skill set.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with clients at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills inPortugueseand English.
