With one of these well compensated roles you will be responsible for maintaining our clients products and services within a designated market in accordance with company strategy and rules. These positions are meant for leaders who can follow explicit direction and are goal oriented.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
SALES
Expertly and professionally handle inbound sales calls related
to marketing campaigns (e.g. infomercials, internet and social media
advertising, print, etc.)
- Answer incoming calls with the goal of converting calls to sales
- Provide product and purchase information
- Educate and assist customers on company products
- Complete a sales order transaction in the CRM
Achieve a monthly sales target.
RETENTION
Expertly and professionally handle inquiries from existing
customers related to but not limited to:
o Educating and assisting customers on company products
o Modifying Auto:ship orders (subscriptions), including requests to cancel
or adding products to current Auto:ship orders
o Fulfilling needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling
services or orders
o Addressing complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and
securing renewals or saves
o Product questions
o Billing questions
o Account updates
o Placing new orders
Achieve a monthly retention target.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Expertly and professionally handle inquiries from existing
customers related to but not limited to:
o Basic modifications to Auto:ship orders (subscriptions), excluding
cancelations
o Product questions
o Billing questions
o Account updates
o Transfer to other departments

Have solid computer skills with the ability to

Translate documents from English to Spanish (agents serving
Spanish customers)

Minimum Education and
Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluent English and Spanish
2+ years of Sales / Retention experience
Previous inside sales/Retention or telemarketing
in a quota driven environment and/or call center experience
