You will be in charge of developing and maintaining the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.**This position reports to**:Sales Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Preventing mistakes and defects in products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers.- Focusing on preventing issues rather than just control and driving the utilization of process management to deliver consistent results.- Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place to verify that processes continue to meet requirements and that control plans are followed and effective.- Making sure that the customer's voice is represented in the local business and presenting the management team with customer experience feedback.- Enabling and coaching all employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.**Your background**:- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field.- 5 years of experience in similar positions.- Knowledge of electrical systems.- Reading electrical plans.- Metalworking materials.- Previous experience with installation of mechanical structures.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
