JOB OPENING: RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Position: Recruitment Specialist
Reports To: HR DIRECTOR
Date: October 17th, 2018
Responsibilities:
o Conducting initial and second interviews for new applicants, making sure that they meet the hiring criteria as outlined by RADIUS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.
o Give support in the different internal and external massive recruiting activities
o Develop plans to promote the organization
o Prepare the new hires documents such as contract, access forms, etc.
o Receive applications and conduct interviews on a daily basis while providing good customer service at all times.
o Carrying out various recruitment-related tasks, including but not limited to administrating the RADIUS database, performing statistical analyses of the job fairs and other recruitment-related performance indicators.
o Develop advertising activities to maintain the RADIUS presence on the media.
I. Required Skills:
A. Educational Background & Work Experience
o Good English level = 85% or above
o Background in (talent) recruitment
o Studies in Human Resources, administration or related fields preferred
o Call center experience
B. PC Skills
o Strong Microsoft Office skills required (particularly Power Point and Excel)
II. General Skills
o Excellent presentation skills
o Logical and reasoning skills
o Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
o Energetic, dynamic, and motivational
o Responsible and proactive
