We are seeking a part-time Automation & CRM Consultant to join our remote team, with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing our clients' CRM and project management environments, creating efficient workflows, and implementing no-code and low-code automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and configure CRM systems and project management tools to meet our clients' business requirements - Develop and implement no-code automation using platforms like Zapier and Make.com - Create low-code automation solutions to streamline business processes for our clients - Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions - Create detailed statements of work and document feature requirements - Provide training and support to clients on CRM and automation tools - Monitor and maintain implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance Requirements: - Conversational English proficiency - Strong understanding of API integrations - Familiarity with popular CRM and project management tools, such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Airtable, and Google Spreadsheets - Knowledge of business intelligence tools (preferred) - Experience as a product manager or software developer (a plus) - Excellent written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to create clear and concise statements of work and feature documentation - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Availability to work with clients in US time zones Benefits: - Flexible, part-time schedule with the potential for full-time employment - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Dynamic remote work environment If you are a driven individual with a passion for automation and CRM, and you meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
