We are currently seeking an((Accounting Assistant)) to join our team in ((Panama Pacifico )), ((Arraijan )), ((Panama)).

General Overview

Individuals understand their own area and are able to perform all facets of their role.

They have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside normal scope of work.

They manage projects with oversight from their supervisor.

Job Description

:
Manages accounting system maintenance to ensure Accurate reflection of BU financial status.
:
Creates and reviews high risk journal entries and Supporting documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
:
Periodically reviews key account reconciliations.
:
Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.

Skills

:
Advanced knowledge of relevant accounting practices and principles.
:
Advanced data analysis skills.
:
Expert knowledge of systems and automation tools (including Excel
:
and Access, etc.)
:
Strong oral, written and presentation skills
