Airfreight Export Coordinator - Panama City

DESCRIPCIÓN: Your tasks and responsibilities• Coordination of export shipping
• Calculate Freight charges
• Coordinate the collection of airfreight
• Preparation of the E File and all documentation
• Consolidation of export shipments and booking with airlines
• Cut air guides
• Billing
• Sending of pre-alerts
• Be in direct contact with the clients
• Carry out routine operations in accordance with GXP Pharma policies, taking into account all updates of the KN Pharma production line
• Comply with all the guidelines of the QSHE Management System
• Comply with health and safety regulations and provisions within the work area. In case of emergencies, you must apply what is provided in the emergency manual, and what you have learned in the evaluation drills.
• Comply with the environmental guidelines and programs that the company has in search of sustainable development
• Cross-documentation verification
• Make Credit / Debit notes in case of discrepancy
• Verification twice a day of operation Worklist for missing status in Airlog
• Verify twice a day non departed flights on Airlog for status 13
• Documentation evaluation in case of complaint
• Comply with the guidelines established in the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Guide and Zero Tolerance PolicyYour skills and experience
• Bachelor´s Degree
• Experience in Air Logistics is preferred
• Experience in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare sector is preferred
• Intermediate English preferred
