Responsible for reporting progress and identifying any issues related to the design, fabrication and installation of track beams. Coordinate tasks with team members and external parties to ensure timely project completion. This is primarily a project on site position with occasional international travel required.
Her/his duties are listed but not limited within the list below:
a) Study project design specifications, customer requests and standards of performance.
b) Make calculations for loads and stresses on concrete structures.
c) Review of concrete materials such as aggregates and cement.
d) Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering tasks
e) Monitor compliance to applicable national codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications of the project
f) Interact daily with the client to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
g) Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, personnel’s performance and track beam quality) and report regularly on project status.
h) Resolve any issues that arise and coordinate team activities to maintain approved schedule.
i) Perform the function of field engineer including supervision of contractors, review of daily work production reports. Inspect work of contractors.
j) Properly document and prepare reports an all project activities.
k) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
l) Communicate and report on project development with local engineering team.
m) Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
n) Provide the client with an explanation on project deliverables.

j) Minimum 10 years of experience in design and supervision of construction works for concrete and precast concrete for bridges, buildings or similar projects. Including the review of concrete materials, reinforcing bars arrangements, concrete quality and installation of concrete beams.
