In this role, you have the opportunity to
Take an active role as a Collections Specialist responsible forthecollectionsprocesswith a defined group of customers and key accounts by maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, internal finance leadership, and cross-functional business partners.

You are responsible for
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries, requests, and issues related to accounts receivable for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Analyze and monitor account balances, including effective overdue control and follow-up program for all customer accounts.
- Assesses and analyses improvements and simplifications in processes and procedures.
- Identify/ execute opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Meets or exceeds targeted cash collections metrics, reducing past due, bad debt exposure, and other quantitative targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance related.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Experience in negotiation, customer service, and strategic thinking
- SAP or similar ERP accounting application experience preferred.
- Knowledge or experience working with Excel
