Customer Service And Email Support Specialist

We are seeking new Advocates with a high level of English and strong communication skills to join our Customer Service Email Campaign. Do you have great Writing skills? Is your typing skills Good?
Develop strong customer relationships and will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail
Build customer relationships as part of the process
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues

Requirements:
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Excellent computer skills.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
