Customer Service - Insurance Sector

Job Summary Job Description: The Service Consultant role is an entry-level position that responds to customer inquiries. Service Consultants will solve problems, educate, and answer questions from customers regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews. This position will be responsible for identifying the customers' insurance needs and recommending additional products and coverage.
