The Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
:Plans and executes all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
:Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
:Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
:Identifies trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
:Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies.
:Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
:Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
:Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end:to:end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
:Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
:Evaluates emerging technologies.
:Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
Requirements:
:Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field. Master Degree, preferred.
:Proven working experience in digital marketing.
:Proficiency in English and Spanish (in oral and written).
:
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
:
Strong analytical skills and data driven:thinking.
:Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
:Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
:Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
